Ed Herrington Inc. Named A Top 100 Dealer for Marvin Windows and Doors 

Makes Charitable Contribution to Questar III Columbia-Greene Educational Center

(Hillsdale, NY) – Ed Herrington Inc., in partnership with Marvin Windows and Doors, is pleased to announce that it has been named one of Marvin’s Top 100 Dealers for 2014. Ed Herrington Inc. received the award for growth in business and for its participation in a variety of local and regional marketing efforts, as well as for hosting a number of trade and consumer events.

The Top 100 designation is part of the Marvin Makes A Difference Program, an annual incentive program from Marvin that supports both Marvin dealers and the community in which the dealer does business. As part of the award, Ed Herrington Inc. will receive funding to enhance their showroom as well as a special commemorative plaque and promotional gift cards. Marvin dealers participating in Marvin Makes A Difference also received sales tools and displays to demonstrate Marvin’s products and options.

Also in partnership with Marvin, Ed Herrington Inc. is pleased to announce that it has made a donation of $250 to the Questar III Columbia-Greene Educational Center as part of the 2014 Marvin Makes a Difference Program.

Located in Hudson, NY, the Questar III Columbia-Greene Educational Center works with area schools and students to improve education and learning standards. Questar tutors and assists students with all ranges of ages and abilities, including adults.

Richard Herrington said “Choosing to support Questsar III was an easy decision. Queststar III offers career and technical education in a variety of fields including the Building Trades,  HVAC, Welding and Construction Technologies.  They provide opportunity for learning necessary skill building trade skill sets and we are pleased to be able to give this donation to Questar.”

“Questar III’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs offer high school students the opportunity to learn career skills while earning a Regents diploma. The half-day programs are a great way for students to explore a variety of careers and develop specialized skills through hands-on learning and integrated academics. Programs are based at Columbia-Greene Educational Center in Hudson and Rensselaer Educational Center in Troy.”  www.questar.org
