SAFETY IS A PRIORITY SO WE REQUIRE THAT EVERYONE, EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS, WEAR A FACE MASK AND FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in our stores. You may be asked to wait until another customer exits in order to enter. If you are not feeling well, please do not enter our stores, yards or office spaces. We can assist you via email or phone.
We are resuming residential and jobsite visits, including but not limited to; Service Calls, Window and Door Measuring, Kitchen Consultation and Measuring, and Countertop Templating with the following guidelines:
At the time of the appointment or scheduling we will ask if anyone at the residence or jobsite is not feeling well, has been sick within the past two weeks, or quarantined. We reserve the right to postpone the appointment if the answers to any of these questions are in the affirmative.
Please let us know if you can allow us entrance to the home or jobsite without others being present.
All parties at the appointment must wear a face mask and maintain 6 ft. social distancing.
Showroom meetings for Windows and Doors, Kitchen Design and the Marble & Tile Showroom will continue to be By Appointment Only – Limit one person.
We will continue to offer curb-side pick-up. Our phone sales staff and outside sales staff are available for phone ordering and support. Please call ahead for all store pick-up orders. We appreciate a one-hour advance notice. If you leave a voicemail or send an email remember to include your cell phone number or best contact information so we can let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
Delivered orders will continue to be placed outside or in a garage only. Delivery Personnel will take photos as proof of delivery.
